Admissions Inquiry
"Nothing compares to the potential of this group to improve my career."

To join the Society, please review our Criteria for Membership.*
The Society is an “Invitation Preferred” organization; in most cases we ask that you be invited by an active Society member. If you are interested in joining and do not know an active member, our charter allows the Board of Trustees’ Admission Committee to extend invitations directly.**
To inquire directly to the Admission Committee, please complete the short form below. In order to properly evaluate your candidacy, it is important that we get a sense of representative BDP roles, customer type(s), and the type of enterprise sales activities you are involved in. Please be as specific as possible. (A resume/CV or bio pasted in the text box should do the trick).
Thank you for your interest in the Society. We will forward your request to our admissions committee and will respond to you within three working days.
To learn more about membership, please see our Membership pages and FAQ.
Admissions Inquiry:
Trustee Member Paul Temple, left, explains art of being a BDP.
* Our definition of a BDP includes a combination of: Enterprise sales in professional services, technology, or products with long sales cycles, usually sold in a team of four or more professionals, to large corporate and government customers with multiple decision makers. Very often a BDP serves as a relationship or alliance manager to a major account, or may sell a product or service of a particular function to large companies. Most of a BDP's activity is based on collaborative selling models, working with teams on both sides of the table.
** We invite all BDPs who meet our criteria to join, regardless of age, race, sex, creed, religion, color, or national origin. SBDP Board of Trustees maintain the right to approve or deny admission for any member that does not meet the stated minumum criteria or has sustainable reason for denial according to the by-laws of the SBDP.
